Terms of Service:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified up to 72 hours before the start of the service
will not result in any penalty;
Cancellations communicated between 72 hours and 24 hours before the start of the service
will result in a 50% penalty;
Cancellations communicated less than 24 hours before the start of the service
will result in a penalty of 100%.
NO SHOW will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of advance payment.

Provisions
The provisions include driver's lunch included, but not dinner.

Transfers
Transfers include a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes at the airport or other pick up location. Beyond these limits, other expectations, if authorized, will be charged at a cost of € 20.50 per hour.

Night supplement
For services that take place from 20.00 to 07.00 a night surcharge of 20% will be applied;

Included in the price: motorway tolls, fuel,cost of parking lot
Not Included in the Price: Ferries, Border Tunnels, Overnightings, Museum Tickets
